Hi, my name is James Lorch, but you can call me Jim. My website address is JimServesYou.com because I love to serve people. I’ve been serving buyers and sellers as a full-time REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Professionals since March of 2018. Prior to that, I served people as a pastor for 30 years. I seek to serve my clients with the same kind of care that I gave my congregation as a pastor. I strive to serve everyone with a servant’s heart!

I work out of the Coldwell Banker Professionals office in Lapeer, MI, and serve buyers and sellers in Lapeer County as well as the surrounding counties. I’m primarily focused on assisting home buyers and sellers, but I’ve also helped clients with buying and selling vacant land. I’ve enjoyed assisting those who have needed help with estate property sales, as well as home flippers and multi-family home investors. Furthermore, I’ve assisted commercial property buyers and sellers by referring them to an experienced commercial specialist within Coldwell Banker Professionals.
